Yakov came to the technology world with more than 30 years of experience in the Israeli Air Force, where he served as Brigadier General. Yakov now leverages his decades of experience as a pilot flying helicopters and other aircrafts outfitted with thermal sensing, to bring that knowledge to new markets. Yakov also served as the Deputy Defense Attache to the US and Canada and later founded SNH Strategies LTD. In addition, he served as senior Advisor to the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and also co-authored the book "Leadership – Agile nella Complesitta", published in Italy. Yakov earned his B.S with honors in economics and computer sciences, and M.A. in National Resource Strategy (Cum Laude), from the NDU, Washington D.C., where he was the recipient of the President Award for Visionary and Strategic Writing.

Igal has been a key figure at ADASKY from day one, leading the company’s financial, legal and operational activities. Prior to ADASKY, Igal served as CFO at Senso-Optics, where he led all the financial and legal aspects of the company. Igal has extensive experience in fundraising and management. Ofer has a rich background in computer vision real-time applications that apply state-of-the-art algorithms for mobile and embedded platforms Prior to joining ADASKY, Ofer led software teams at OrCam, where he helped build innovative wearable smart devices. Ofer also has a background in CPU ASIC design, and holds a BSc in computer engineering from the Technion.

Amotz has gained extensive and diverse experience with over 20 years in the semiconductor industry. He is a master chip designer with vast experience in leading architecture & development of image processing and automotive ICs. Before joining ADASKY, Amotz led SoC projects for the automotive and consumer markets with leading hi-tech companies such as Zoran, and CSR (Today Qualcomm). Amotz holds a BSc in electrical engineering from the Technion.

An automotive veteran with over 30 years experience with FCA and Daimler Chrysler and Marelli/Automotive Lighting, he has held various senior level positions in Product Development including as Chief Engineer for Jeep, Director of Body Engineering and as global Director of Platform Architecture for C/D segment vehicles. Bill most recently led the Innovation and Scouting activities for Magneti Marelli/Automotive Lighting and was involved in M&A as well as overall business development. Raz Peleg is a business development expert within the automotive high-tech industry. For the past decade Raz held various managerial positions at Mobileye (an Intel company) a world leader in advanced technologies for ADAS and AVs. Raz joined ADASKY in April 2019 as Director of Sales. With his enthusiastic approach to work, his sociable character, and selfless dedication to the company, he has doubled ADASKY’s number of projects and activity segments mostly with leading OEMs and Tier1’s. Recently, ADASKY nominated Raz to be VP of Sales. Raz holds two degrees: BA in Economics from the Ben Gurion University and MA in Law from The College of Management Academic Studies.

Udi joined ADASKY with more than 20 years of experience in the domain of commercial and product management within the automotive high-tech industry. Prior to ADASKY, Udi served as Traffilog’s Israel site CEO, a company specializing in unique fleet management systems. Prior to Traffilog, Udi directed Mobileye’s Aftermarket Product Division, taking it from concept product to mass production, focusing on usability, scalability, cost reduction and serviceable products.

Tzipi brings almost 15 years of HR experience spanning over a wide range of industry sectors, where she managed activities from strategy to operational implementation throughout the entire staffing cycle of employees. Tzipi also led complex staffing operations in corporate transitions such as in the M&A of Israeli startup Followap, when it was sold to US-based NeuStar, seeing it through to its successful completion. Her passion is to empower the business’ management and its employees and build an effective and fun organizational culture, by promoting and motivating the organizational climate and strengthening employees' engagement. Avigdor came to ADASKY with more than 10 years of experience in the domain of process and quality within the automotive high-tech industry, and an overall 20 years of experience in the administration and high-tech industries. Prior to ADASKY, Avigdor directed the process and quality department in Mobileye and took the company from a start-up to a mature and well-structured major organization. Avigdor brings a versatile interdisciplinary approach as a graduate from the University of Bar-Ilan in Social Studies and a Master's degree, summa cum laude, in the Executive Master's Program in Contemporary Asia from Tel Aviv University.
